Fluent in American Sign Language, he’s passionate about communicating beyond words and building genuine relationships, both in business and life.

Adventure fuels Brett’s spirit, with travel dreams that include Israel, Greece, Brazil, Alaska, Switzerland, and Japan. When he’s closer to home, you’ll likely find him enjoying a great meal, Teddy Wong’s for Asian cuisine or Brasão for an unbeatable dining experience.

Fall is his favorite season, football, bonfires, and all things cozy, and he’s a self-proclaimed Christmas enthusiast. If he could master any skill, it would be singing, a lifelong love of his. Driven by faith, Brett finds motivation in seeing others win and in knowing that the Lord sees his efforts and says, “Well done.”

Boston McIntire keeps things running smoothly at Harvest Operations, blending his love for teamwork and precision to help clients and crews thrive. When he’s not coordinating projects or building relationships, you’ll probably find him watching a ballgame, baseball is a lifelong passion.

Boston is married to his wife, Macy, and together they enjoy exploring local favorites like Joe T. Garcia’s. A fun fact? He collects decks of playing cards from every place he travels. If he weren’t leading operations here, he’d probably be calling plays as the quarterback for the Dallas Cowboys.

Maryn Mason brings sweetness and spirit to everything she does at Harvest Operations—quite literally, since she’s an avid baker who loves experimenting with new recipes and sharing treats with friends. Her days often start with coffee and quiet time with Jesus, a routine she calls the best part of her day.

Originally from California, Maryn has a seashell collection that reminds her of home and the memories tied to each find. On Fridays, you’ll likely spot her at Paris Baguette, a local favorite she visits weekly with her roommate.

Faith and adventure inspire Maryn’s outlook on life. She dreams of traveling to Israel to walk where Jesus did, and her bucket list includes skydiving or deep sea diving with whale sharks, both thrilling, once-in-a-lifetime experiences. If her life were a movie, she’d call it “Only God Knows.”

Karissa Sasser keeps the wheels turning at Harvest Operations, bringing organization, heart, and a touch of creativity to everything she does. She’s the friendly face behind the details, making sure every project, and person, is cared for.

If she weren’t managing the office, Karissa would be coordinating weddings and events, which makes sense given her love of hosting a good dinner party. She collects vintage crystal serving dishes (a nod to her entertainer’s spirit) and has a hidden talent for recreating just about any dessert recipe she dreams up.

When she’s not in the office, you’ll likely find her on her favorite 4-mile walking loop, browsing a local farmers market, or enjoying tacos on a patio. A summer-lover through and through, Karissa soaks up the sun whenever she can and dreams of one day visiting Spain.

She lives by the belief that “God’s gonna be God and it’s gonna be good,” and strives to love people with the eyes of Jesus. Her warmth and motivation to make others feel loved shine through in everything she does at Harvest Operations.
